Teleperformance is the biggest ECCCSA 2019 Winner!

Teleperformance was finalists in thirteen categories of ECCCSA awards and the best company across six categories in 2019!

The winners of the largest and most credible awards programme in Europe dedicated to the customer contact industry were announced on the 26th of November 2019 in London, at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards – ECCCSAs.

In front of the largest ever attendance at a customer contact industry awards evening, Teleperformance had a great night picking up Best Pan-European Contact Centre, with its Greek operation winning Best Multi-Lingual Contact Centre and Best Large Outsourcing Partnership with Canon Europe!

In total, Teleperformance CEMEA won 3 Gold, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze awards! The golden ones are:

  • the prestigious Pan European Contact Center of the year,
  • Best Multilingual Contact Center and
  • Best Large Outsourcing Partnership with Canon Europe.

In addition, the Teleperformance teams received the silver award in the “Giving Something Back” category, as well as bronze awards in the “Most Effective Management of Peak Demand” and “Best Use of Customer Insight” categories.
