  • Play the role of the professional problem-solver for one of the most innovative tech companies
  • Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to identify, analyze and resolve issues of a commercial or technical nature
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, offering expert advice on the use of a range of electronic devices and home appliances
  • Follow up with a thorough needs’ assessment and inform customers about ongoing campaigns

What you will bring:
  • Fluency in Norwegian
  • Very good use of English – both in written and spoken language
  • An intense interest and knowledge in all aspects of tech is a prerequisite
  • Work experience with a focus on technical support/troubleshooting will be considered an asset
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • A genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership
