TP Health Week 2025: A Week Focused on Employee Wellbeing and Safety

At TP, we believe in supporting the health and wellbeing of our employees. This year, as part of Occupational Health and Safety Week, we hosted TP Health Week 2025. Now in its 2nd year, this initiative once again brought together activities aimed at promoting both physical health and workplace safety.

Throughout the week, we organized various events designed to help employees not only improve their physical health but also gain the tools and knowledge to feel more confident and prepared at work.

A Look Back at TP Health Week 2025

Here’s an overview of the key activities and what they meant for our employees.

  • Fire Safety

We kicked off the week with an important fire safety drill designed to ensure the safety and preparedness of our employees in the event of an emergency. This drill featured a self-propelled portable fire simulator, which allowed employees to engage in realistic, hands-on fire safety training. The simulator, which can generate controlled fire scenarios, offered a dynamic and immersive experience, enabling our team to practice how to react in various fire emergencies, such as detecting fires, using fire extinguishers, and following proper evacuation procedures.

By participating in this exercise, employees not only gained a better understanding of fire safety protocols but also had the opportunity to build confidence in handling fire-related situations. The controlled environment provided a safe setting to practice without any risk, ensuring that everyone was prepared for a real emergency should one arise.

  • TP employee enjoys Chair massages during health week in PeiraeusChair massages for stress relief

TP employees had the chance to unwind with chair massages provided by certified physical therapists. These sessions were designed to help alleviate stress and tension, offering employees a moment of relaxation in the midst of their busy workday. The massages not only promoted physical well-being but also contributed to boosting morale and fostering a more comfortable, balanced work environment. It was a thoughtful way to encourage self-care and ensure employees felt refreshed and recharged for the rest of their day.

  • Stretching Sessions

We also organized group stretching sessions aimed at helping employees stay active throughout the day, alleviate stress, and prevent the physical discomfort that often accompanies long hours at a desk.

These quick but effective sessions provided an opportunity to stretch muscles, improve flexibility, and re-energize. In addition to the physical benefits, the stretches helped employees clear their minds, offering a brief mental reset to boost focus and productivity for the remainder of the workday.

To close out TP Health Week 2025, we introduced our Doctor Anytime Work benefit. This service allows employees to access medical consultations and health resources from anywhere. We held a presentation to walk employees through how to make the most of this service, emphasizing how convenient it is to manage their health while balancing work.

Why We Hold TP Health Week

The goal of TP Health Week was simple: to provide employees with the opportunity to focus on both their physical and mental health, while also offering practical tools and training that help them stay safe in the workplace.

Health and safety at work are about more than just preventing accidents—they’re about creating an environment where employees feel supported, equipped, and empowered to take care of themselves.

Looking Forward

We are committed to making employee wellbeing a priority year-round, not just during Health Week. The activities we held this year provided valuable resources, but they are just one part of TP’s ongoing efforts to improve the work environment and support our team’s overall health.

As we look ahead, we will continue to offer programs and initiatives that promote wellness, safety, and a balanced work-life experience. TP Health Week 2025 was just one step in our ongoing mission to ensure that TP is a place where employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
