TP Greece Wins Gold and Bronze at the 2025 Diversity & Inclusion Awards

At TP in Greece, we are proud to share that our ongoing commitment to building an inclusive and supportive workplace has once again been recognized. At the 2025 BOUSSIAS Diversity & Inclusion Awards, we were honored with 2 new distinctions that reflect our values, our people, and our culture of openness and belonging.
Gold Award | “DEI Matters”
We received the Gold award in the prestigious DEI category for our comprehensive strategy and actions that promote diversity, inclusion, and representation in the workplace. Our initiatives include equal gender representation (with over 50% of our employees being women and many in leadership roles), targeted programs for hiring and integrating refugees, people with disabilities, and other underrepresented communities (Impact Sourcing), and strong internal support through our Employee Resource Groups such as TP Women and TP Parents.
We’ve also embedded inclusion into every step of our HR processes, from recruiting and performance evaluations to talent development. Our participation in certifications like “Great Place To Work for Women” further demonstrates our continuous effort to foster a culture where authenticity and diversity are truly valued.

Bronze Award| “Mental Health Matters: Celebrating Different Minds”
We are also proud of our Bronze recognition in the Mental Health category, which acknowledges our work in promoting mental well-being and neurodiversity in the workplace. Through open podcasts with employee stories, expert-led webinars, and free 24/7 psychological support services, we have created safe and empowering spaces to talk about mental health.
One of our most impactful initiatives includes VR-based experiential workshops, such as the “Experience Autism” simulation, which helps employees better understand neurodivergent perspectives. We also collaborate with NGOs to host Mental Health Weeks, awareness campaigns, and internal education sessions, ensuring everyone has access to support, tools, and understanding.
These recognitions reflect our core belief: everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated, just as they are.
