In order for a referral to be successful, both persons (referred and referee) should be active employees on the eligibility dates.

Referrals, in order to be successful, should not have applied for any position of Teleperformance Greece within the last 3 months through any source.

All amounts are to be awarded in cash (gross amount) in the referee’s bank account after the eligibility dates.

The method of payment may change at any time, without prior notice.

The eligibility of a referral is always up to the company’s (Teleperformance Greece) discretion.

Referrals of former TP Greece employees, who left the company within the last 6 months, cannot be considered as referrals. In such a case, the employee cannot receive a referral bonus, even if a confirmation email has been received.

RAF bonus amounts are for referrals hirings made within the current campaign duration.
