As a Japanese Technical Support Advisor, you will be providing 24/7 support for users, answering to their inquiries via phone, e-mail & chat.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Japanese
  • Proficient level in English
  • Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Technical background & familiarity with technology trends
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude & team spirit
