What you will be doing:
  • Provide 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email in Japanese
  • Follow company and client procedures and guidelines
  • Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
  • Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues!
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Japanese
  • Great communication skills in English
  • Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Technical background & familiarity with technology trends
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Positive attitude & team spirit
